Non Discrimination Policy St. Mary Catholic Community School does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, handicap, age, and/or national origin. General Registration Registration for St. Mary Catholic Community School will take place during the month of February for returning students. A non-refundable Registration Fee will be charged per family. Open registration begins March 6th at 8:00 am. From August 1st until school begins, parents may come in during school hours to pay book fees, first month's tuition, Home & School dues, and playground fees. Class assignments will be posted on the school doors before school begins. A Parent/Student Handbook will be provided for each family at the beginning of each school year. Parents are asked to read the handbook with their children at home so as to familiarize themselves with the general rules and policies governing the school. Kindergarten Registration St. Mary Catholic Community School offers a Full-Day Kindergarten Program. All students seeking entry must have reached the age of five by August 1st. A nursery school program for three year olds, and a pre-school program for four year olds and five year olds missing the kindergarten entry date are also available. A birth certificate and baptismal certificate must be present at the time of registration. A physical examination form as well as documentation of state mandated immunizations must be completed by the family doctor and turned in to the school office before August 1st. New Student Registration New students who wish to enter the St. Mary Catholic Community School from first through eighth must present a birth certificate, baptismal certificate, a copy of the last report card grades, a copy of the most recent standardized test results, and a copy of the school health form. The student and parents will meet with the principal to determine if the student and St. Mary Catholic Community School will be compatible.
