NOW ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

New students who wish to enter the St. Mary Catholic Community School from first through eighth must present a birth certificate, baptismal certificate, a copy of the last report card grades, a copy of the most recent standardized test results, and a copy of the school health form. Prospective students entering grades 6-8 and parents will meet with the principal to determine if the student and St. Mary Catholic Community School will be compatible.
St. Mary Catholic Community School offers a Full-Day Kindergarten Program. All students seeking entry must have reached the age of five by August 1. A nursery school program for three year olds, who are free of diapers and a pre-school program for four year olds and five year olds missing the kindergarten entry date are also available. A birth certificate and baptismal certificate must be presented at the time of registration. A physical examination form as well as documentation of state mandated immunizations must be completed by the family doctor and turned in to the school office before August 1st.
The following will be used to determine admission to St. Mary’s School by order of preference listed below:
- All new Catholic applicants who are contributing members to St. Mary’s Parish.
- All new Catholic applicants who are contributing members to their respective parishes.
- Other Catholic and Non-Catholic applicants.
