Why I teach at St. Mary’s…

As a graduate of Catholic schools (elementary through college), I chose to teach at St. Mary’s out of dedication to the Faith and service to God.  It gives me opportunity to share my Catholic faith and teach children Christian values along with the basic curriculum.  I couldn't image being in a classroom where prayer wasn't an essential part of every day.  The high expectations and the freedom to express values, beliefs, and morals are reasons I love teaching in a Catholic School such as St. Mary’s! The strong parental support and support given to us by our principal, pastor, and parish also motivates me to be the best I can be as a teacher and as a person! I am deeply moved by the excitement and joy that my students have about learning about Jesus Christ (the true teacher) and his lessons about God’s undying love for us! St. Mary’s is my home.  I’m truly blessed to be able to instill in my students my love for my school, my Alma Mater!
